I just picked up http://www.TechNomads.Org and http://www.TechNomads.Info a few minutes ago.

Would like peoples appraisals of their value.

I'll probably develop these sites in conjunction with my personal blog on the same, at http://www.IAmJonathan.com, but in addition to the appraisals, I'de be interested in any suggestions for development, as well.

    According to Wikipedia:
"An itinerant person who remains connected to the internet.

Originally coined by Steven Roberts to describe a nomadic person who remains connected through communications media such as the internet during travel, exploration, and online nomadic living."

This term hasn't made it's way into popular culture yet, but as more and more people spend more and more of their lives wired, and people increasingly move towards things like telecommuting and working on the internet these domains could have some value I think.

In alot of ways, I think that with a push from some of the big thought leaders and bloggers, TechNomads could enter the popular consciousness in a similar way that words like "CyberPunk" did 10 or 15 years ago.

Unfortunately I don't have the .com or .net, but even so . . . .Org would be a good community oriented site, and .info could be . . .well - an info site.

I think that if the term could be promoted well, and good sites developed, there is a pretty substantial possibility for revenue from electronics goods and electronic services.

Anyway, I'm writing to much for a simple appraisal request because it's 5am and I haven't slept. :)

    If anybody has:
    • An appraisal
    • Thoughts on development
    • Interest in collaboration

    Please do tell.

    Thanks
