Buying Technology writer for a long term work, $2.5~3.0 per article

I am looking for an article writer with experience in the technology niche for a long-term work.

GUIDELINES:

1. Native English. Philippines or US.

2. The articles will be on the general subjusts for software reviews, HOWTO tutorials or top 10 articles like. For example: "How to set proxy in Internet Explorer", "How to change the Nickname in Skype", "Top 10 SEO extensions for Firefox" etc.

3. 100% unique content and will pass copyscape

4. Articles will be a minimum of 400 words and 1-2 screenshots (PNG format).

5. For start, I can pay $2.5~$3.0 per article if you are good. The price level:

400+ words, 2 screenshots: $2.5
500+ words, 2 screenshots: $3.0

Thats a low rate.... and even lower for wanting screen shots. If you raise the rates I would be more interested.
