Verizon is just one of the companies that created a new plan to suffice the text messaging market. Previously, it provided a service that allowed 5,000 free text messages a month, but that was clearly not enough. Research has indicated that over 158 billion text messages were sent throughout last year alone, and the primary age level of those sending the text messages ranged from 13-24. Evidently, teens need to put an end to the “G2G’s†and “LOL’s,†as text messaging bills have been outrageous.
