Selling Technology site - PR4, Good Income

TC9.org - http://tc9.org is a technology site that covers phones, laptops, tablets, pretty much anything related to the tech world. All articles written on it are unique and written by me.

It has solid number of backlinks from established tech websites (some of them belong to me). Backlinks will never be removed from my sites (provided you keep the links intact).

Average Adsense earnings are $50+ but easily yields much more for doing paid posts.
Paid posts give high revenue ($60-150) as the site, http://tc9.org is PR4 and has good, consistent traffic (see the attached screenshot for proof). I am expecting at least $1200 for it.
