    You are selling off a site with $5 per month revenue for 30x projection revenue?
    A bit far stretched isn't it? Most sites like this good for sale for 3-6 months of revenue and if it is viral and good traffic, up to 12 months of revenue.

    How much have you earn so far?
    All articles authentic or using wp robot (or article spinner?)
