    Hello everyone.

The website I have for sale is Tech Fad (http://techfad.com). As you can see, the domain is excellent. It's extremely hard finding a quality two word domain name with the word tech in it. After intensive searching I finally fell upon techfad.com.

The website I created for techfad has a very powerful backend. The content management system (CMS) running this website is named Joomla (http://joomla.org). This CMS can control ALL aspects of techfad with the powerful administrative side. I have installed a lot of additions such as search engine friendly URLs, a forum, image gallery, and more. Also, I have created an amazing skin for the website. I went about creating this skin by taking aspects from other open source skins, and implementing my own ideas to make a really great design.

If you go through the website, you'll see that there's not really any content besides 1 review and images that have been added to the image gallery. There is also a forum but I have disabled it with the backend because I wanted to fill it with posts before I opened it.

The reason why I haven't worked on techfad is because of a lack of time. I have to balance school, work, and my other websites, and I just have absolutely no time to continue working on techfad.

Technology websites such as this one have lots of potential as it is easy to get traffic with them as long as you update consistently. That doesn't mean that you have to update daily, but as long as you update every week or so with a few reviews or articles and some images, techfad will thrive. Revenue can come through CJ.com, Adsense, YPN, and many other sources. There is so much potential in this site that it is amazing. I unfortunately have no time to dedicate to this website.

I don't like to sell based purely on potential and I just want to outline what you are getting here. The domain techfad.com, the excellent skin I made, the little content that is on the site, the integration with joomla as well as all the components and modules I have added to the site to make it really custom. Keep in mind that this site is already setup and there is a fully integrated forum that you can make public with a few clicks. This can be a gold-mine so act fast.

Extra info: The domain expires at the end of 2007, there's no traffic so assume no revenue. This is just because I haven't really added any content or promoted it as I have stated before.

Also, if anyone is interested in the domain, jumptraffic.com, you can post your offers here. I'm looking for at least $50 for this domain.

Please post here with your offers and further questions on either TechFad.com or the domain above (jumptraffic) . Or if you want, you can PM me.

I am looking for offers of at least $100 for Tech Fad. I'll update the thread as I receive offers. Thanks.

Very nice domain find indeed - I've been looking for one myself.

I'll look into it more and let you know.

    Looking forward to that chimaera.

Also, Eshop123, thanks for your bid. However, for Techfad I won't accept anything less than $100.
