Technology (laptop) blog for sale with 55 original articles and 100+ uniques/day

I am selling http://www.laptopnewz.com because I have 2 other bigger and older websites and I decided to let go of my newest one (laptopnewz) because I have no time to work on the marketing…

The website has been online from 1 January 2007 and I am currently gettin around 70 uniques/day, 90% from google. In the last few days I got 100+ visitors a day (I guess this is the incoming links effect). See screenshot.

I placed some adsense ads on the blog for a few days and I was making $0.30-$1.00 a day. I decided to take the ads off because I wasn’t making much and I wanted to get my traffic up before I start monetizing again. I did not play around with adesne much, in terms of blending and placement so I really don’t know the potential. One thing I can tell you is that in the few days that the adsense was on, I received several $0.50 clicks. The secret is to target brand names like Toshiba, Dell, Sony..these are the keywords that pay well.

I have 55 articles on the blog. Assuming that one article is $5 (which is very cheap) you have $275 worth of articles. The articles were written by a professional editor from softpedia.com (English is my second language and I suck at writing anyways). Please take time to read some of the articles to see their originality. The editor has a lot of experience with laptops and he was able to add his own views to the news/articles making them unique.

The blog is running on wordpress. I will give you the current wordpress theme along with the database. The domain name expires on 28-nov-2007 and it’s registered with 1and1.com.

Marketing is pretty easy (but I have no time): contact websites that are related and ask them if they would publish some news from laptopnewz.com. Or you could make news exchange. This method works and some well establishes sites accepted my news:
