Techotic.com for sale!​

I have decided to sell my recently founded technology/gaming blog due to simply not having the time to work on this as well as my other two sites.

The site has been open for roughly two weeks and has already got a few RSS subscribers, very good google rankings, and lots of organic traffic. This is with zero promotion other than submitting to sites like Digg and me doing optimization for the search engines. It is running on WordPress.

In just two weeks we picked up a few RSS subscribers, the highest day having 15 rss feed grabs! Screenshots:

There are also comments on some posts, such as the pixel junk monsters review. I presume they are the subscribers but there is no real way of telling!

Traffic

I have optimized the site as much as possible for google and other SE's, and this has definatally paid off. My pixel junk monster review is ranked very highly in google against some big sites like ps3 fanboy (google: pixel junk monsters review). See image here:

Most days I'm getting 100-300 hits per day, as you can see one day got over 400, some days got a little lower...

Other details

The domain is registered with domain and has about 10-11 months left. Very memorable domain! The name comes from the word tech and psychotic

I have only put AdSense on the site 3-4 days ago and have only made $2. I suggest the new owner should change the positioning to the posts to maximize revenue.

The design is a heavily customized version of a spanish free wordpress theme. Not many people are using this theme, especially english sites, and non are modded like mine.

All content is unique and wrote by me hence why it is doing so well. The pixel junk monsters review worth quite a bit its self...

I will only accept PayPal payment, no egold or anything else
