Hey Python, this is a nice forum! Overall I give it 5 stars. However, since you asked, I'll give you my real opinion of it.

Here's what I do like:
1) Green color is unique, not like every other fourm
2) Nicely skinned
3) I like the icons
4) You've put a lot of time into this
5) I like that you used vBulletin

Here's what I don't like:
1) Needs a logo
2) Black header on top is too plain
3) I'll be honest that I don't prefer this domain, newtotech.com as I don't find it easy to remember. Maybe you will come across a better domain for this forum as you go along.

Overall, a very nice site!

Yes getting members is of course the hardest part to running a forum especially when its starting out.

 

I think green line is a point to stop my eye

 

Despite that it is VB based. I would say that the site looks complete and consistent. The only thing that also annoys me is the light green title bar. I think you could try to make it darker.

 

I like the logo,it's eyecatching,but the layout confuse me a bit

 

I would make the green bars have curved croners at the top consitent then with the nav bar.

i would prefer a ink blue instead of green color, try it out, would look more attractive to my mind,
rest is all good liked the side bars and placement of ads
