    Pr1 technology blog. Running using wp-o-matic plugin along with a post rewriter. Domain is 8 months old. Ran a query using dnscoop.com and found that the site has 4,284 backlinks. Well respected. The domain value alone is ranked at around $3,090 on dnscoop.com because of the aged domain and quality of backlinks. The site has been heavily seoed. Unique header design and site is fully automated with no copyright problems (coder assured me of it).
    Will sell for $400 because the quality of the domain is worth a lot just by itself and it comes with a great site. Free godaddy push of site.
    Other offers will also be accepted but must be somewhere in the ballpark.
