I have already created a thread for selling this blog. But due to some mistakes in the statistics I provide, here I am making a new Thread with all types of proofs.

I will tell about this blog using questions.

1. Why I am selling this blog?
ans. I already have another blog with PR3 and I feel bad that my 2 blogs are competing each other to become top in Technology Niche

2. What is the number of visitors blog is receiving?
ans. Most of the days I get about 4000-5000 pageviews and even I have got 7,000 pageviews (last month I think)

3. How much Revenue I can Make out of this blog
ans. I were using Google ads in this blog before a month and I was receiving an average of 20 clicks per day. Later I removed the ads and stopped making money from that blog (because I will be selling that blog soon). I am sure that you will receive at least 15 clicks even if your ad placements are bad!

Another way I made money was using affiliate links. I kept a link of one of my PTC sites in the sidebar ( it is still there) and I made 80 referrals within 1st month. It made me a lot of money.

4. What is the Traffic Source?
ans. 80% of the visitors are from Search Engines. 60% of the visitors are returning back to the site (becoming daily reader)

5. What is the quality of the Visitors?
ans. Most of the visitors are technologists and computer professionals (most probably) So it will increase the quality of your blog. Moreover the visitors will promote your blog!

6. Search Engine Optimization?
ans. We have done Maximum effort to make this blog maximum SEO optimized. The blog already has 11,000 backlinks (google webmaster tools), 55 (alexa) 15 (google backlinks)
The PageRank 2 which we made in 3 months shows our SEO effort.

7. Quality of the articles
ans. Article posted in Nupsout is 100% Fresh, unique and qualified. But Many blogs are copying content from our blog (but we still stands 1st in search engines)

We will continue promoting this blog for 1 month after selling it.

Are the footer links paid links?
Can these links be removed after the sale?
Could you post the search engine terms driving your se traffic?

 

The footer links are not paid so you can remove it as you wish. I am not deleting any content from the blog so that the posts will still drive a lots of traffic.

hey,
so i dont know how to run this blog but it looks really inteesting ? can i run this without expertise and what sort of efforts are required to run it ?
also, yu have said that yu have earned a incomes but can yu specify how much income yuve made in these 6-7 odd months and what can i be looking forward to earning in the future..
