I am once again here back to sell one of my popular technology and gadget related website. The website becomes popular in short period of time and brings lot of traffic and income.

I have make over 80$ till now from adsense and more 7 days to go. Sometime it give me earning of 7$, 6$ and 5$ a day from Adsense.

I have also got couple of opportunity to write sponsored post which makes me around 50$.

Furthermore It make around 20$ till in infolinks.

What is the reserve? The price should be lower as it is only few months old site and as you have mentioned, it's earning only about $5 or $7 from ads a day. Can you provide some more info? Is the site autoblog or are the posts made by members? Can you send me some traffic/sources/countries/adsense proofs? Maybe I am interested in buying the site (I have already made some bids..) but maximim what I am willing to pay for the site is $2000 if the content is kinda unique... I am not sure what your income has been previous months, but if this is the case, I would highly recommend that you spend $20 and post your website on Flippa. You are more likely to get a buyer for your asking price there. Its just a recommendation you may want to consider.

I do not agree with that.

In addition to the revenue the website makes, you alse need to look at the value of the domain name, the website itself and the potential of future growth or income generation, the brand, traffic, the expenses on the website by the owner, and a bit more.

The actual price of selling a website will be a bit higher than only the revenue it generates. I also do not agree with the 6-month revenue you are talking about, I think it is more around a 10-month period.

 

I am agree with Rian... It was my last month earning this month upto now I am able to sponsor my five different post for $240@$8per link for next 6 month. Altogether upto now I crossed 280$ and still 18 days to go... This month is very lucky for me..... By far I have for the offer of $2K and actually I was asking for 2.5K or more...
