    that WMT notification can be for various reason. its not possible to say why google sent you that notification. usually google send that out when they detect unnatural link profile, like having a partner page for link exchange purpose. dig deep in your WMT account to see if you any details explanation

    Try the Google Webmaster Tools Guidlines - they provide an extensive list of guidelines broken down into three main categories; design and content, technical and quality. Read them to see which of the guidelines your site may be infringing upon.
