    Shawn,

    Thought I'd treat these (this post and previous) individually as are similar but yet different.

    On screen when it displays:
    Login | Assigned To | Created on | Trouble Ticket | Notes

    Can we add "Classification1" or "Classification2" to screen?
    I suspect we cannot do this but wanted to be sure.

    No, the layouts aren't able to be modified.
