Technical Support Problem

    Hi,

    When I send a trouble ticket from send button, it sends to the customer, but i need to send technical employee too. How do i do this?

    Under Maintenance & Preferences -> General Preferences -> Miscellaneous, you should have an option for "Send Tech Log Email To".

    Yes, but i need to send the ticket to the tech assigned.
    In this field "Send Tech Log Email To" you can put only one email.
