Shawn, Techincal Support > Search > whatever the parameters are, it displays the following on the screen: Login | Assigned to | Created on | Trouble Ticket | Notes When a user clicks "Generic Report" and prints it only prints the following: Date | Assigned To | Notes Is their a way to have what is displayed on screen equal that of what gets sent to printer? If so how? If not what are other options? Thanks.
No, there isn't... since the generic report is used for other things as well (it's generic). For a report exactly how you want, you probably would just want to built one and pull data via XML or something.
