    Shawn,

Cleaning up and replacing some legacy "classifications 1" used along with the replace function and working great.
I have two classifications now appearing in my list that when searching it finds no record of a ticket etc for those classification 1.

Any thoughts how to remove/delete them or at least get them to show up in either a "find" mode or "search"?

    Thanks.

Hmmm... I can't think of a reason it would do that. Under Clean Up see if there are any null call activities listed.

There were some and I deleted them however has not improved my issue. It remains the same. I have indexing running nightly, when that runs could that possibly correct the problem?

    Thanks.

You could try to recover the Activity_.fp5 file to at least rule out ay corruption on the file itself.

    Shawn,

Upgraded to version 3.3.5 and tried what you referenced above "Null Activity reports" and "recover activity.fp5" file but they still show up. Any other things I can try?

    Thanks.

Well, I can't think of anything else... if you want, I can take a look for you if you want to send over your Activity_.fp5 file...
