    I am new to SEO and there are few things that i don't know like Optimizing JavaScript and code, W3c Validation, Optimization of non index able attributes like Frames etc. Can anyone help me.?

    you must place all scripts inc central file to reduce loading time for seo optimization

    First of all w3c validation is just a MYTH so don't bother with it ...
