I actually do know Duplicate results in SE page filter and not penalization.

But now I want to know some technical stuff on how Google sees to it.

Let's say I have a page on my site. There are 2 kinds of people who shared my post.

    1. The one who just copy pasted without linking me.
    2. The one who copy pasted but also gave a link to my site.

Now how does Google sees this. Like is there any danger to my site page filterization in SERPS . Because on this, I would have no control. How will Google consider the duplicate pages with and without links ?

About Option No.1 : Could there be a time for them to measure, like my site displayed a content first and then the other so mine is considered as Original and the other one Duplicate ?

About Options No.2 : I just asked this if I copy paste my content to other sharing sites and also give a back-link to my site i.e. linking the original site. Also, if there really is a danger, then how to counter this if someone else copy-pastes with a link to us ?

Google ranks the dupes according to its own algorithm, which changes frequently. First to post is not that important. You won't get penalised because someone else links to you, unless google decides you did it yourself to game the SERPS.

And what's the probability of Google deciding that I did it to myself.

    What's the expected algorithm actually..

Both are duplications only. But Google sees in its own way. And talking about Google filtering duplicate results in SERP is when the same link is coming from different resources.

In my opinion, no one know how google see this matter. Somedays a go i heard from called SEO expert that you have to get rid of duplicate contents or your site would be banned.

Then i experiment about it. Create a content on my site then also submit it to various web 2.0 sites and articles directory. What happen then? Nothing happened. The next three month i saw that one of my web2.0 content rank higher than the original one.

So, what do you think? In my opinion, you are just waste your time to think about it. Just write your content as you normally do. Don't be worry about duplicate or such.
