Technical Challenge with mobile landing pages

    I am managing mobile traffic campaigns for my clients, which means I am buying traffic and directing the traffic to specific mobile landing pages (I am just doing mobile marketing campaigns). The challenge I am facing now is that for specific landing pages I need to set layers on the landing pages without having access to the original landing pages. So I need to include (iframe?) the original landing page to an optimied landing page of mine and add a layer to the it. This is needed for concersion optimization and testing.
    Technically it is possible as competitors of my clients do the same. But I consider this as an advanced tasks which requires excellent skills im mobile web development, redirecting of traffic, html5, etc. Can anyone recommend me a solution or developer who can solve that for me. Of course I will pay good money for the solution.
