I just wanted to test the water really quickly with this site.
The site is obviously techarray.com

it is a site I had developed a few months ago, and I had a few writers that I had paid to write articles etc. The site was dugg and slashdotted on the same day, and was dugg a few times. 1 of my writers quit and the other disappeared a few months ago, and I have been extremely busy with other sites etc, so the site has slowly died.

The site finally came out of the google sandbox 2 months ago, so now it is getting a nice amount of traffic considering the last article was written a few months ago. Now it is averaging 2,000 uniques/month

The max uniques/month I've had was 24,000 uniques. The site has probally generated me approximately $1500 when I was actually promoting it etc, but now it is dead.

Please do your own research on the site, I can provide screenshots of awstats if you'd like.

I have an offer of $2500 from someone, and I want to see if anyone else is interested/would bid higher. This is a quick checkup because I dont want to keep the guy that made the offer waiting, so please make your offers quick!

I will decide if I want to sell the site tonight, if not I will keep it and get around to finding new writers soon.

It's total.
I can justify the price because the site is well made, and uses a very nice content writing system, and additionally it has made a nice amount for me not spending any time on it. Additionally, it STILL gets traffic, which is impressive.
The site made $1500 since I created it, 6 months ago or so, so if you want to get technical, my current offer is 9 months worth of revenue, considering that revnue was really made only early on, when the site was being worked on.

This is a great site and is ready to go for anyone that plans to spend the time on it.
