    I am selling a website with 1600 exact match US searches with a CPC of $3.73

    The website currently ranks 2 for its keyword. It has the mot amazing content I have seen for EMDs. I bought it from someone who owed me money and did not know the value of his site. However, I don't want to pursue that niche so I will sell it. I did not try putting adsense on it and I definitely do not have access to analytics or webmaster tools. However, you can see that it ranks #2 and if you post new content it will get to #1 in no time bringing a lot of money to the owner.
