Tech Support: Open Ticket Database

    It would be very helpful to have a running list of Open Trouble Tickets that links to the customer account. Currently we can run an "Open Trouble Tickets" report, but that isn't very useful.

    We can also look up all customers with open Trouble Tickets and view them in a list, but it doesn't give us the information we need.

    We would like to have a database of customers with Open Tickets that contains the same information that the "Open Trouble Tickets" report shows. We would also like the ability to sort them based upon "Date", "Tech", "Status", etc.
