Hello, We have been using the tech support call feature a lot to keep track of jobs and sum up problem resolutions. It's wonderful that you can write up a long detailed report. We have been printing these and attaching them to invoices for customers. Is there a way to change the heading which currently prints as: Optigold ISP Tech Support Call to our company name Tech Support Call? Also, it's provided to "x" tech support calls as billable. We have been listing the Ticket# on the Single Invoices we do for customers related to these tech support write-ups. It's ok this way, but just wondering if there is supposed to be a way to transfer a ticket number into a invoice that we are missing and don't understand. Thanks, john
No, the individual tickets are not listed on the invoice. They are lumped together as a single line item.
