Tech Site Package (6 SITES)

I'll start with saying this package is not cheap. Looking at getting about 10K for it.

I am selling a package of 6 tech sites pertaining to certifications. You can sell tests off the site or you can use the sites for making money off adsense or the better money is off people advertising.

Some of the sites come up Number 1 in the main search engines for certifications or schools. The sites have been optimized and placement is very good.

Domain name appraisals from "Leapfish" is over 3k for them all.

I have no time to market but when I started I did the marketing for a few weeks and got 2 banner placements for a total of $1,500.00 . Those will stay in place until August 2007 and then be renewed. With someone who knows how to market a site this is an easy money maker and you could make your investment back easily.

All domains are paid (GoDaddy) for at least 6 months with the exception of one and that will be renewed. All hosting has been paid through icdsoft and have about 6 months left.

Bought with the idea of selling test prep material but decided to not go that route and instead just sell advertising space on the sites. I do still have the test prep material if that is what you are interested in selling. Previous owner was selling test material for around $59.00 per.

New job, new this and that, no time to market site and that is why I’m selling. With a small amount of time and marketing ideas you can easily get paid advertisers. Have a list that will supply to buyer of about 100 contacts for advertising purposes. Currently has 2 paid advertisers for a total income from the last 6 months being about $1,500.00. The 2 current advertisers will renew in August timeframe.
