    Hello,

    I have a tech blog site I am looking to get rid of to put the money into another site.

    The domain is JDX Tech.com. It is a tech related talk/blog site. I have new features planned for it but I just need the money. I really hate to get rid of the site but, it must be done.

    It is a PR4 domain with good solid content, custom site, custom directory, twitter pages, and facebook pages.

    I am looking for $100.00. I will completely transfer the domain to you and provide all files for the site or current cPanel details for you to pull them your self. I can continue hosting the site for $5 a month with unlimited hosting.

    I will also continue updating the site and writing articles for $50 a month. The site has not really been monetized yet so thats on you. I mainly started it as a hobby related websites.
