    Hey,

I'm intending to sell http://www.techfrenzy.net due the same lack of time everyone mentions ;)
Now, it's a tech related forum in two languages, with a custom template, a few installed mods, but a great ranking in Google (no PR yet since the website is new, but promising since the domain appears in 40.000 searches).

Most of the traffic comes from StumbleUpon and revenue is little (~$10 / month).
I'm waiting for your offers or questions.

Yeah, an action would be proper.
The highest price I got so far was 70$, but that was from a RL person I know, so I'm going to count that out for a moment.
Let's start from $50 (domain+content), but the person that gets it has to take care of the domain transfer if (s)he wants.

Where does the revenue come from? I see no ads, unless I'm blind, and that wouldn't surprise me :)

There are ads between the posts. See one of the topics.
I'm using a customized phpBB MOD that displays the AdSense.

    What is this:
"1317 users have visited these forums today "
Where does that number come from?
How many post are from paid posting.
    Any stats?
How hard is the 2 language thing
to run? Have never done a board
    with that option.

@hand : I do not have paid posting on the forum. It's just us.
We had a couple of stories targeted on social news websites and a few pages popular on StumbleUpon.
It's not hard to run a two-languages board if you KNOW both of the languages. Else, you can get a moderator that speaks the other language.
However, the English part is the most active, Romanian is quite dead at the moment.
Stats: http://etherfast.ro/files/techfrenzy_stats.jpg - Went dead due lack of time, but has good potential.

@24abc: Counted you in with $150, moving on :p

Hey, I'm back with some updates.
My country has no available PayPal option, but I have successfully subscribed for a MoneyBookers account and willing to use that (of course
24abc has only PayPal, so he passed the offer.

    Anyway, TechFrenzy.net got some updates.
The site now features a PR5 for www.techfrenzy.net and PR4 for techfrenzy.net. Many sub-pages of the forum have a PR4+ as well.

    Starting bid : $600
    BIN : $1000
May I remind you it's a custom modded phpBB forum with a 100% custom template. Check the first post of this thread for further information.
    I'm available for questions.

If you will drop your starting bid by a heap i may be interested.

    $600 is a lot for a 31 member forum, even with PR5.

$22.34 is the total AdSense revenue from the website within a month of activity and I didn't really took much care of gathering members since personal issues interfered.

I'm willing to drop the starting price by 25%, to $450, but that's as low as it can get unfortunately as I'm not the only one involved in this decision.
However, it's clean money since they can easily be recovered in a few months, not necessarily from a forum. The domain name is catchy enough to go with anything tech-related and the high PR assures you lots of organic traffic from search engines if you have the proper content.

    Therefore:
    Starting BID: $450
    BIN: $700
