tech problem

    salam,

    iam a technical support in an ISP, iam just new employee here, so i faced 2 problem that i need help to solve here,

    1. some customers complain that the speed of there adsl 512 is slow after a month of subcribing, well i dont see any reason for such problem, what kind of reasons can make the speed slow if everything is the same in the ISP ?

    2. sometimes, after i configure a modem, if i turn the bower off and return it on, it wont connect by it self, i should login to it and reconnect it, do u have a silution for such a problem ? because sometimes there are customers calls u at night while you are watching a movie, and say its not connected, and they dont know how to login into the modem, so u have to visit them.
