I'm running version 3.2.7. When I pull up a customer using the ISP management page, everything is fine (billing info, emails/domains, invoices/payments, usage and broadband), except for "Tech Support". When I pull that page up, I get records from all kinds of accounts, like dozens of records that aren't related to the account I'm on. I've checked, and the same account in the FM interface does not display the same thing. It shows the correct trouble tickets. I'm using the SparkLogic pages, but I've confirmed this same issue using the stock pages. Any ideas?
