Hello.. I am planning to set up a tech related website, mainly for the purpose of flipping or maybe long term (although never been able to monetize aptly) I recently set up a website on a Stunts/X-rated sports niche (www.spartanstunts.com) i put in like a whole week getting that up, with a premium theme...and eventually had to sell it for a $20!! I wonder whether the low price was because of recession or the niche itself.. But now im planning to setup a tech related site, and just want advice on its potential and future...or any other niche that you guys would like to suggest (please give an example if its a niche other than tech) THANK YOU! ~God bless DP members
Why did you HAVE to sell it for $20? Nowadays dude you really have to be making decent money with each individual website to get the $$ for it. With this website, work hard on driving traffic, optimize and monetize. I wouldn't personally sell until it's established at $300-500 per month. Good luck
