    Tech news/tutorial site for sale. Domain, techbunk.com, is PR2. Site has not been promoted at all, and has very little content (20 articles). Site is a good starting point for someone who wants to build a high-powered tech news/tutorial blog. Sale includes customized theme, all content, domain and database.

    Price is $800 OBO. Please PM me for any questions. Traffic is presently negligible, as I have not promoted the site other than basic optimizing.

    Dude, get real. Low traffic, no earnings, startup site and you are asking for $800. If you are serious, list the correct price so we can discuss further. I know you are also looking for best offer, but looking at what you are asking, my best price won't be anywhere near $800. So, cut through the chase and give us the proper price.

    Well, if you had carefully read my message above then you would've understand what I was trying to say. You were going to be annoyed one way or another. If I post this message, you get annoyed and if I had sent you a PM with around $50 offer, you would've gotten annoyed as well.

    I am interested, but I just wanted to let you know that you are asking for way way more price than its worth. I am not trying to troll nor I am here for any other reason. If you want offer, then I am offering $50.
