[Tech issue] my new PM's don't mark themselves as read

    I have 3 new PMs in my inbox, and after I clicked to read them, they didn't mark themselves as read. I even tried clicking the checkboxes and selecting "Mark as read" in the dropdown box below, but to no avail.

    its just a database glitch and nothing to worry about.

    Yeah same prob for me, When a new PM comes, Im being notified via email, yet the message doesn't appear in my box. And can't even delete any message from my inbox.

    It happens periodically. As sawz noted, it's an occasional database glitch. It usually gets itself sorted out pretty quickly.
