    Hi,

    Ive done lots of link building on this site and (although google refuses to update the links properly) it has a large amount of backlinks (http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=http://www.sensiblepc.com&fr=sfp&bwm=i)

    Very solid PR3, haven't experimented with google ads but has made and has potential to make some great money with text link ads.

    I'm selling this site because I don't have enough money to pay my reseller hosting bills. As you can see, there have been many periods where the traffic has dropped to zero for weeks at a time. Figure I sell it and have hosting money for the next year+.

    How long has the current content been on the site? How is the content added manual or automatic? Site looks nice. What caused the jump in traffic the link building or other advertising?

    All content is absolutely unique, added manually by me. Current site has been up maybe...9 months?

    All I've done to advertise the site since I bought the domain is link building.
