    I have a tech blog which is 3-4 months old for just $40. it has around 30 posts in them. all unique and original.

    the domain is hosted at name.com and free push and the content is hosted at dewlance with one year hosting paid and i can give you the login and password, so that you can use it or transfer to your existing host.

    You can develop and put adsense and other ads or even can sell links on them.

    Payment only via paypal.
