A little about the site:

This is 7 years old technology blog, that is monetized with CPA and at the moment this is the main earning source. The website is earning around $300 - $400 a month from visitors that fill the registration form and enter the competition for some prize. The way we were building the blog, are a little different. Last January I thought that it might be a good idea to build a site that will not depend on Google ranking measurements. Why am I selling it?

Because of much bigger projects I am in need for more investments so I am basically selling few of my most valuable sites to make room for bigger projects.

How much time to maintain this site?

Since the site is running on autopilot you will have to do basic things after purchasing it. You need to keep your eye open for new gadgets and add them to your new site. Where does the traffic come from ?

 

The traffic is coming from Youtube mostly... Some of it comes from Twitter Facebook and several other referral sites but 90% from Youtube. We have Custom made plugin for this only that uploads videos to Youtube with some special methods.

7 years old site, and no PR?
That's weird, normally a 7 year old site getting good traffic should get at least PR1..

 

You can easily check if it really is 7 years old this is not that hard to do go to http://domize.com or check whois info and see for yourself. I don't know what the reason is for not having PR it's mine for 2 years now, maybe because i never rank the site the traffic was always coming from Youtube so there is no diversity in links. I don't know how is this measured...

Please pay attention to Listing i already stated that this site is not ranking in Google and receiving traffic from Youtube, do not spam my listing please i can provide any form of proof for this site and before you make such accusations first ask. I don't have anything to hide. Why do you think that i started with no reserve because the content is not unique but it's earning good money.

 

I'm waiting for a couple of proofs, but I'd still put my bid and hope we can proceed with the business after I get the proofs.
