Okay, I am looking for someone who is willing to join the team of promoting some sort. Which in this case, I would like to hire couple or few of people to join the promote team for blogging site to promote and bring in several traffics/visitors. This is for my blogging site: http://www.joshiesworld.com. It is a blogging website about myself and my opinions on several things such as news, reviews, technology, business, gossip, media, events, sports and among of others. So in general, it is about myself, who I am and all of my opinions! As I am working in to writing several contents of my own each day. But what I need is, a team of promoter. It can be a long term job who wants the job. The team of promotes is not allowed to do anything in blackhat to promote it, what anyone can do is use my site in the signature on any forums and be sure posting several quality posts and also must be commenting on different blogging website (it can't be yours) and including my website link and no, spam don't absolutely count. All of them must be clean and approved by several websites to be considered a count. Remember, if forum administrator or blogging site administrator disapproved your post/comment then it doesn't count. Also, you can promote it at twitter, Buzz, FaceBook, Yahoo Answers and such. But it cannot be every post on these services. For example, if you update your twitter and it includes my website link every time you update Twitter, that isn't allowed. It would have to be about 50-70% in these services. This to get me more indexed and get more backlinks. Remember, all of this must be clean and safe, and no spams. While promoting, be sure to give me all of links that you promote it on so I can make sure that you're not doing anything that would consider spam and follow the rules right. And also, all of posting/comments you have made is not out of the control because that's the major thing, is not do it too much or out of control. But at the end of day, you will give me all links where you have promoted my website so I can check them. You can send me all links via e-mail or through a private team forums of my own. You will be paid weekly, if not doing right you will start getting lower and lower of paid as warnings and if continued doing what I asked not to do then you will be off the team and of course will be paid partly. I.E. If I pay you 1 dollar weekly, but you get kicked off the team within' half of the week then you will be paid 50 cents. But that isn't the amount I will be paying though. And also, be sure to let me know how much posts/comments will you be making for me. Maybe I'll add a link tracing system to see where it goes instead of having to give me all of links that you've done to be easier for all of us but we'll see. Now, onto job paying. That's not up to me, as that's up to you. You can pm me and tell me how much you would like to be paid weekly and if your asking price is more reasonable and fair than the others then you would have a chance to be part of it. Please note that, this is not official yet. Because I am looking into hiring first and making sure that I think the amount of staffs in promoting team is enough and then it should be begin within' a week. Age required is 18 or older. And must have experiences/skills in promoting/internet marketing. Will be paid via PayPal.
