    Hey all,

So we thought of starting a social site . We have good programming skills and intense database ,ajax knowledge. We have plans and etcs. But we want some feedback from this community on how can we do a team management. How can we divide the works? like who's going to do what?or like how will it most likely work. we are a team of two and are confused who should talk what programming part.. I may be confusing but ppl who understood what I am trying to say please give us a good suggestion.

    Thanks!!!

When developing in a team it does not matter who does what as long as he/she/it documents every step of the code (make it readable).

A good place to start though would be Login and Register modules.. Take one and hand him the other.. But for trickier parts as "advanced search" or something else that takes a bit of knowledge should the person most experienced in that sort of thing do.

But I will finish as I started.. "Documentation is key to developing in a team". It will save both of you time when having to edit or expand the other developers code.

This is just how me and my friends does it.
