    Hi, you appear to be banned now so not sure whether you are still looking for ideas.
    Anyway, we used to keep it very simple and do Tenpin Bowling or have a big night out (meal + far too much to drink!).

    For team building first trust on all members and then divide your work in all members and with in due date then your team will go long.
