Finding valuable keywords can't be taught.

Of course you can always take a guess at the beginning of a campaign but you only find the REAL ones by driving traffic to the specific offer/product you're promoting and THEN finding the winning keywords that are obviously making you a profit and cutting the ones that are losing you money.
