I am a small designer. I still haven't learn't to code fully yet, and this is why i hire coders to to the job. Thus, i want some one who can teach me coding?
I can even pay, but that would be once i have learn't coding. I can pay from $50~100.

Tell me your experience with coding along with how you intend to teach me. We can always talk via IM.

OK, I'll tutor you and tell you everything about coding html . But you must study hard (the key elements to master how to code).
I'll take the job. Let me know if you are interested .

$30 for an hour. But don't expect paying to make it super easy, you still have to put in work to listen and learn.

Have a look at the CSS website galleries and get some inspiration. You can view the source of the page and see how its done. There are some great free css layout site where you can download some pre-made templates that can be handy if you're learning.

w3schools is a fantastic site, I use it as a reference sometimes. HTML is not too hard, you should be able to learn the basics yourself within a few hours. CSS can be tricky, especially when it comes to making sites work in multiple browsers, again though just needs hard work and determination and there's loads of documentation on the web to help as almost any problem you encounter has probably been experienced before by someone.
