They vary a lot. The good ones are pretty expensive. There have been some "blindfold tastings" where people say more or less what you said, but the reality is proven that they can't actually tell the difference between caffeinated and decaffeinated when they're put on the spot! Decaffeinated coffee-beans for grinding are pretty good, too.
Coffee and tea are not injurious but good for health if you take within a limitation. I like coffee with coffee mate and milk tea, but not more than 2 cups/day and only 1 cigarette per day. My health is fine, no problem at all. I think coffee/tea should be taken not more than 2/3 cups per day.
you probably have wrong information, yes excess of everything is bad and one should fix its limitations but my friend 2 to 3 cups + a cigarette is not good at all. you dont even know wat harms it will present to you in your later age.
It's not quite as simple as this, Suman. Some people, depending on their genotype, have difficulty synthesising the enzymes that metabolise caffeine, which is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, and even very small quantities of caffeine can be quite damaging to them. In general, whether caffeine is good or bad for people actually depends far more on their own genetics than on the quantity ingested.
Alexa my dear you are taking two things totally irrelevant, genotype is the genetic make up of an individual, you are right that coffee can be injurious and highly damaging to a person but only if he is allergic to it. genotype only matters in case of inheritance dear. if a person has inheritance of being allergic to coffee it becomes difficult in synthesizing only then.
oh! is that? well i have seen that people are more of a coffee lovers...still checking wat the actual ratio will be
alexa_s, please be informed that we’re not talking about patients here. Every food has its effect/action in human body. In some cases even pure milk could be dangerous for patient’s stomach! I meant tea/coffee in a limitation is good for healthy people but not for those who are suffering from a particular disease.
Yeah thats wat the point is, you are absolutely right suman817, we talking of normal human beings. people do suffer from milk allergies too.
well what about the juices and the health drinks to start your day with instead of milk, coffee or tea ?
10+ ! It seems like you’re trying to drive a car at the speed of 60 in first gear. Cool down Jakki !

When I need to stay awake at night it's coffee. To get the health benefits of antioxydants I go with tea, preferably green tea. Find your domain names happiness here: http://domaintradesite.com
Sorry, I'm not talking about allergy at all, that's something totally different. The point I was trying to explain (not very well, sorry!!) is that there are actually two different types of people in the world, people who metabolise caffeine in one specific way and people who metabolise it in another specific way. This is determined 100% by genetics. Clearly I'm not explaining it well, but you can find here, if you look through, any number of scientific and medical articles which will explain the key point I'm trying to get across.
