I looooooooooove coffee, but I've had to give it up. I was drinking about 4 to 6 cups a day, usually with about double the amount that people normally have and with almost half the cup being milk. After a while I needed 2 or 3 cups in the morning just to get going which made me give up. Now I feel far more awake, but coffee is something I really miss as I don't like tea. I also liked that I would slowly drink a cup over an hour as with all other drinks I just end up downing them in one. Decaffenaited coffee sucks.
I drink tea if I make it, coffee if someone else does (why can no-one else make a proper cup of tea ?)
