Is tea good for your health, or is your health is good for tea? Anyway, I like drinking tea, just not too much.
i am taking more then 10cup tea everyday. becaz i am working for more then 15hour everday and each cup give me power and passion to sit more in front of pc
From what I have known tea have some negative effect such as slowing food metabolism process. So many diet instructor usually suggest not to drink tea after eating.
There are recent reports suggesting that tea can cause brittle bones, but as long as you don't drink more than a gallon a day, you're fine.
To take tea is certainly a good habit no doubt to remove dreadfulness but must remember taking excessive tea or coffee with sugar may harm or destroy your body fitness. so it's better to take tea without sugar.
