I also love tea and now is available in stores like a cold drink. I recommend green tea, it cleans all your toxins out of your body and is good for loosing weight
Green tea has polyphenols which are known to prevent heart disease and also cancer but anything taken in life in excess should be avoided.So therefore yes, Green Tea must be drunk in moderation but upto ten cups is still fine unless you are taking supplements. Supplements would usually have polyphenol too, so when you have Green Tea in excess its adds up too your polyphenol intake and the liver cant take it, hence it affects the liver. But this is not something to worry about , remember we were just talking about 5-6 cups a day is still much safer.
I Dont think Regular Tea Is Good For Your Health Because if That Were True Id Be The Healthiest Man Alive I Drink Almost 2 Gallons of Tea a Day Lol
i too can't start my day without have 1-2 cups of tea.......it makes me feel get-set-go...........on an average i drink 5-7 cups of tea everyday.....
well, i don't use tea very often. i use it when I get so much tired and have to work as well, then i take tea to refresh my self and start my work again.
Tea is good but with moderation, in excess may damage your diggestion. Same with coffee, too much caffeine, can damage all your health, but is so dammed good
