What's the sale procedure at TDNam ?

    - You list you name
    - You receive an offer
    - You counteroffer
    - The party accepts
    - You receive a sale notification from GD
    - You receive a transfer confirmation from GD
    ..... next ?

You get the money from GD in less than 30 days and you make direct contact with the buyer to transfer the name to GD or tell him to create an account to another registrar and push the domain to him ?

I've sold a few so far through TDNam. Basically like you said you get the sale and they send you a receipt of funds notice and OK to transfer emails. Mine were both registered with GoDaddy but I think there is an extra step if they aren't. Then you just wait for TDNam to pay you which is supposed to be 30 days but it seems like it takes FOREVER. It tool about 35 days for the last one for me but I think the delay was due to the holidays (I GUESS). I'd wait a solid 30 days after transfer and probably a day or two for the transfer to get regognized.

I don't use GD so the names are register in another registrar

    - Do i ask the buyer to create an account at that registrar and push the domain to him. If i do this how GD can verify the push

    OR

    - The names must be transferred to GD only ?

The names do not have to be at GoDaddy. If they are not at GoDaddy the buyer has the option of creating an account at existing registrar and doing an internal push or doing a transfer to GoDaddy (at Buyer's expense).

My experience is that a lot of the buyers already have accounts at other registrars.

I don't think GoDaddy verifies the push. They don't pay you for 30 days - which gives the buyer time to complain if the domain has not been received.
