    Six (6) simple steps:

    1) Go to www.tdnam.com
    2) Click "My Account" >> "Join Now" (cost: $4.99/year);
    3) Select Yes, I want to join the Domain Name Aftermarket, then click "Add to Cart";
    4) Check out with your choice of payment processing gateway;
    5) Login to your account;
    6) Search ... and place your bid on domain..

    Fees are as stated here for selling your domains at TDNAM:
    https://www.tdnam.com/trpPricing.aspx?

    Which are:
    $4.99 to join TDNAM
    5% if under $500
    7% if over $500 (includes escrow fee)

    If you are purchasing then your fees are just $4.99 for joining plus the cost of the name plus a year of renewal at $9.99.

    GoDaddy codes do not seem to work to decrease the renewal cost.
