Can you explain more specific ?
Do you need to configure IPS for your dedicated server or just need to allow your IP in firewall ?

If these 10 ip's are routed to your server you can assign multiple ip's to your nic. See "Advanced" tab in your nic configuration.

Hey, here is how you would add additional IPs:

    1. Click Start
    2. Click Run
    3. Type "control netconnections" without the quotes
    4. Right click on your primary interface (NIC) and click Properties
    5. Double click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) - this assumes you are not using IPv6 (I am pretty sure you aren't)
    6. Click Advanced at the bottom
    7. Click add at the top of IP settings and add your new addresses
