    Hi!

I wanted to order an iPod Touch, and I checked on the Apple Store and on Amazon.com. During the order, I am asked for my zip code to calculate taxes, and here's the thing : on the apple store, I have to pay 33$ for taxes whereas on amazon.com, the taxes are just 0$. Why's that and is it correct? I live in NYC BTW...

    Thanks

You do not have to charge for taxes unless you are selling to someone within your own state. I would imagine that amazon charges taxes from wherever their company resides. I guess apple is located in New York.
