I have a reseller account and have a few dozen clients.

Do I have to charge sales tax on hosting accounts? If so what percent is it for people in the US?

 

You need to check with the state where you operate your business.

 

Pretty much. Some states require tax paid for providing a service. You'll only need to charge instate customers though if your state does.
