Tax Withholding - 28% WTF!

    I saw my first payment and wow 28% is being withheld for tax purposes.

    So what should I do? will I get this money back at the end of the year?

    If I change my withholding status will I owe at the end of the year?

    Please shed some light onto this for me and also inform me as to what you guys do!
